- Three bottlenecks. Three machines.
Three bottlenecks. Three machines.
People ask me what my agency actually builds.
The honest answer: we've built three things. And each one only exists because the one before it worked.
Here's the timeline.
Stage 1: Speed to Lead
The first problem we attacked was the oldest one in the book.
A lead fills out a form, and then... nothing. The average business calls back in hours. Sometimes days. By then the lead has talked to two competitors and forgotten your name.
So we built AI voice agents that call every lead within 2 minutes, inside the TCPA window, every single time. No lunch breaks. No "I'll get to it after this meeting." No leads dying in a CRM overnight.
Speed to lead isn't a tactic. It's the difference between a pipeline and a graveyard.
But once we fixed speed, we hit the next wall.
Stage 2: The leads themselves
Calling fast doesn't matter if you're calling the wrong people.
Most ads attract everyone. Tire kickers, price shoppers, the guy who clicked by accident. Your close rate tanks and you blame sales, when the real problem happened at the top of the funnel.
So we built AI ad videos: personalized creative engineered to isolate your high-margin buyers. The message speaks so specifically to your dream client that everyone else scrolls past.
The ad does the qualifying before the phone ever rings.
Now the machine was calling the right people, fast. And that exposed the final bottleneck.
Stage 3: The owner
Here's the uncomfortable truth. At some point, the constraint isn't leads or speed.
It's you.
Every new system needs someone to build it, connect it, and run it. Historically that meant hiring: a developer, an ops person, another manager. More payroll to manage the machines you bought to reduce payroll. Make it make sense.
So we built Omega: an AI chief of staff that builds AI agents on its own. You describe what your business needs, and Omega spins up the workers, wires them into your operations, and keeps them running.
It's not another tool you have to babysit. It's the thing that babysits the tools.
The pattern
Speed. Attention. Orchestration.
Each stage removed a human bottleneck. Each one revealed the next. And the endgame is a business where the systems build the systems, and you finally get to do the one job nobody can automate: deciding where to point the whole machine.
Most businesses are still stuck at Stage 1, letting leads rot for hours.
Which stage are you stuck at?
Let's win together,
Dez
P.S. Reply with the number 1, 2, or 3. Tell me which bottleneck is choking your business right now: speed, lead quality, or you being the operator of everything. I'll tell you the fastest way to break it.
