Buying Signals Alerts

To be able to process 10,000’s of calls is one thing but then analyze those calls at scale and identify buying signals that can be followed up buy a human is a huge deal because you benefit from the high volume activity with AI and the craftsmanship of human sales people.

This may sound easy but it’s very hard because AI systems are programmed for “outcomes” and buying signals come from sentiment of calls and requires an entirely different workflow structure that needs to plug into an existing workflow.

We are in the process of upgrading all our clients for FREE to this feature.

Dashboards

This is going to be version 1 of our dashboard just to get some general idea of numbers and activity from the AI. Our clients will also be able to listen to recordings and see transcripts. We are deploying logins for clients this week.

3 New AI Systems

Since we are scaling our activity and our clients are becoming more sophisticated our agents and use cases are turning into productized AI systems that can plug and play.

We will be releasing videos and diagrams on how these AI systems work but they are very specific agents that focus more operations to unlock more profit with automated high volume activity.
