Ok, so this is going to be a fun newsletter because I’m going to share the raw and honest truth unfiltered.
Here are a list of things we learned launching AI AD’s in multiple different industies from local to national. From how ops work to sales.
Learning #1 Speed Beats Perfect
The real super power of our approach with AI AD’s is the amount of iterations that can be launched in a short period of time until you find a winning ad. Most Marketing Agencies will milk your cash with 20-30 day iterations and make you stay 3 months. So most business owners are conditioned to move slow and not realize the power of speed on CASH FLOW and PROFIT. If you move slow you can cut your chances of finding a winning ad by 75% which can translate in DELAYING revenue by a month or two. Now your talking 10,000’s in opportunity because you of overthinking.
We have multiple clients launched within 5-9 days with winning ads bring them QUALIFIED leads (Thats 20 days faster then typical agencies which means they have 20 days to recoup cost and get revenue faster than if there competitor hired a similar service)
Learning #2 When you have a winning ad, you don’t need a new ad, you need middle of the funnel
You don’t need a new ad until you have Ad Fatigue symptoms, you need to dial in middle of the funnel for efficiency. Here are a list of things that should be dialed after you find your winning ad:
Optin email sequence (Sales & Marketing Approach)
Newsletter (Long Term Brand Building)
VSL after self bookings
Confirmation system (Human or AI calling booked appointments)
Dialed Sales Process
The reason why this is a learning is because most businesses have no idea how to sell to cold traffic because they are used to word of mouth or referral (Lay ups) So you need to be prepared to add value or speed in your sales process to tune in sales conversions
Learning #3 Speed to lead AI really does increase chances of profitable ads
We had a situation with tiktok lead forms one weekend, where our leads couldnt leave the platform for AI to call and we saw a huge dip bookings. It was 48 hours that probably cost us $10,000.
So what did we learn?
We launched ads on meta to make sure we are diversified
